United States of America (Press Release) August 8, 2008 -- N.R. Electronics, LLC, of Winter Springs, a client company of the University of Central Florida Incubation Program, sponsored by Seminole County Government, the City of Winter Springs, and the Florida High Tech Corridor Council, was named a “Success Story of the Year” by the Hispanic Business Initiative Fund of Greater Orlando.



Liza Ordonez, director of N.R. Electronics, which was founded by Norberto Ruiz in December 2002, said the firm joined the UCF Seminole County-Winter Springs Business Incubator in April.



Ordonez said the Hispanic Business Initiative Fund plans a formal presentation of its Success Story of the Year Award at a luncheon on Aug. 20 in the Presidential Ballroom at Church Street Station in downtown Orlando.



N.R. Electronics posted sales that totaled $1.5 million last year and expects to exceed that amount this year. The electronic components distributor specializes in hard-to-find, allocated and obsolete parts from over 10,000 suppliers around the world.
