Kiwa Bio-Tech Products (Shandong) Co., Ltd. (Kiwa Shandong) has received an Organic Products Certificate from the China Organic Food Certification Center (COFCC).

After a two-month period of examination, verification and appraisal of Kiwa Shandong’s products, the China Organic Food Certification Center issued an Organic Products Certificate to Kiwa Shandong. COFCC is the specialized agency under the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture to propel the development of organic agriculture and to be engaged in authentication and management of organic food and the organic food industry. Moreover, it is the first national organic food qualification agency authorized and structured by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the Peoples Republic of China, and has acquired recognition by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment.
Kiwa (www.kiwabiotech.com) has developed bio and organic animal feeds and fertilizers, has an aerosol antiviral for the prevention of bird flu, and is developing new products with researchers at the China Agricultural University of Beijing.
