SOLUTIONS Human Resources invited to Present at HR Florida Conference

The conference is expecting over 1400 HR professionals from all areas of the state converging on Orlando from August 25-27, 2008.

(Free-Press-Release.com) August 15, 2008 -- SOLUTIONS Human Resources has been invited by the HR Florida State Council to speak at the annual HR Florida conference. HR Florida State Council facilitates services and programs for the collective interest of the state’s SHRM and local chapter membership, and promotes activities that serve the professional and advance the profession. The conference is expecting over 1400 HR professionals from all areas of the state converging on Orlando from August 25-27, 2008.

This will be the first time that SOLUTIONS will present to the group and have been selected to conduct two workshops:

Rick Soloway, a partner in SOLUTIONS Human Resources, will present a program on “Creating or Restructuring a HR Departments.” This program will encompass steps to take to ensure the

HR Department is strategically aligned with the organization’s missions, values and goals.

Karen Wiser, also a partner in SOLUTIONS, will conduct a presentation entitled, “Training supports change, but wait there's more!” This program answers the question, “Are your employees falling short of projected goals after training? Is training always the scapegoat?” Stop! Change requires more than training to achieve lasting results! Learn what’s missing from your training plan that prevents employees from reaching desired results.
