These boot camps have been specifically designed for IT Professionals looking to quickly and costs effectively obtain their ITIL Expert (previously known as ITIL Service Manager) in Version 3 of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). The program will be delivered in two segments:

This five day on demand mentored learning training program enable all students to upgrade their Service Manager Certificate to V3 upon completion of the course and the exam.
