In April the artist moved her studio again, from her Newton home, to a storefront on Spring Street. Her reputation is gaining statewide notoriety with her inclusion in the July / August issue of NJ Savvy Living Magazine, available at newsstands now.

Editor in chief, George Anderson, selected Schaeffer as the artist for the July / August issue after viewing her work online at Jerseyarts.com. Attracted to her paintings depicting kitchen appliances, Anderson phoned Schaeffer in May to inquire if she would like to be profiled for the magazine.
NJ Savvy Living Magazine can be found at the following retailers: Kings, Wegman’s, Borders and Barnes & Noble. In honor of Schaeffer’s first magazine feature article, the artist will extend special pricing to anyone who brings a copy of the article into TraillWorks when making a purchase through Labor Day Weekend.
