ENGAGED EMPLOYEES MORE LIKELY TO SUPPORT, AND ADHERE TO, HR POLICIES

(Free-Press-Release.com) August 21, 2008 -- Chicago, IL – July 18, 2008 – An HR Solutions study found a 41 percentage point difference between how Engaged Employees versus Disengaged Employees feel about their respective organization’s human resources policies and procedures:

 I am satisfied with this organization's Human Resources/Personnel policies.
(Engaged: 80% favorable, Disengaged, 39% favorable)

When it comes to the survey item, I am satisfied with the consistency of HR policies between departments, of the employees most satisfied 65% were engaged employees while only 3% were Disengaged Employees.
