SCULPTURE DONATED TO MIAMI DADE COLLEGE BY ANA CAROLINA MORENO

Last August 2008, the artist and architect Ana Carolina Moreno, donated an amazing clay sculpture to the new branch of Miami Dade College at Doral - Florida.

The amazing sculpture is four feet tall, and it is composed by clay & glass with a concrete base. The name of the artwork is “Medusas”. It resembles forms of marine life, with the gentle movement of the waves. The colorful pieces are a combination of shapes and waves that grow up like unique seaweeds.

The artist is an international sculptor, born in Venezuela who resides in the US. Ana Carolina Moreno studied sculpture on clay in the United States and have had many art exhibits in galleries at the US and Europe.
