GREEN IT COMPANY TECHNO+RESCUE PROVIDES
24 HOUR ON-SITE IT SUPPORT FOR THE 2008 DNC

Throughout the 2008 Democratic National Convention, Veteran Owned Denver based Techno+Rescue will provide 24 hour on-site IT support for people in need of IT services. This support is offered to anyone in the Denver-Metro area, as part of a local effort to ensure a successful convention for attendees and Colorado businesses.

Starting Sunday, August 24, a wide variety of service and support options will be available. These services range from desktop, laptop, and LCD repair, to complex network troubleshooting and configuration. If a repair is not possible or downtime is not an option, Techno+Rescue has an 11,000 sq. ft. warehouse containing several options for computer or network equipment replacement and leasing.

With over 50,000 visitors expected to attend this years convention, Techno+Rescue has significantly increased the number of technicians available for service calls. Other support options have also become available, including phone and remote web support. A pick-up and delivery service is another option people can consider if on-site repair is inconvenient.

Techno+Rescue were recently highlighted on NBC News nationally (12/26/07) for their electronic recycle program. The company also holds several community events that promote the “Go Green” movement, including their Earth Day Everyday recycling drives. Since the 2008 Democratic National Convention was designed and implemented to be a “Green” event, Techno+Rescue will give all their DNC customers the option of receiving a free “Go Green” computer reconfiguration. The hardware settings will be manually configured to ensure that the machine is in the most environmentally friendly state, without compromising the performance of the computer.
