“We have a well designed strategy that focuses on providing different e-tools for the success of our members. Some of those tools are going to be designed by us and some others won’t. Our goal is to keep improving our services and programs in order to become a reliable source of information and support to all the members of the Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce”, said Jose Aburto, President & CEO of the Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce.

Within the following weeks, an improved design for the Web Site is going to be launched as well as new additions. One of those additions is going to be a Video section where the Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce is planning to post promotional videos sent by companies, sponsors and advertisers.

“I was on a business trip in Mexico late June. When I was there, I had the opportunity to visit a couple of copper product exporters. While we were walking through their workshops, they were describing very excited the elaboration of artisan hammered copper pieces, using the oldest techniques inherited from the Spanish conquistador, the missionary Don Vasco de Quiroga that taught this Art to the Patzcuaro Creek habitants from that period. After we left the workshops, we thought that it would be a good idea for HISCEC to offer a way to share those stories with the community. We couldn’t think anything better than Video”, said Jose Aburto.

The Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce Staff is working very hard to get the video section and the new Web Site design done within the next 2-4 months. We’ll keep you informed.

In the mean time, we want to invite you to become a member of the Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce. We want you to start participating actively at the forum that HISCEC has put together to you. Your contributions are going to be very valuable.
