Students are Returning to School and so are Head Lice

Head lice are an ongoing community issue causing disruption to families, schools and the workplace. They impede with student learning, interfere with attendance and affect overall self-esteem.

Head Lice affects 6-12 million people every year and they can spread very quickly through a school. In fact, research has shown that as many as 10% of the school population can have head lice at any one time. Some schools have had head lice spread so quickly through their school that they have had to close their doors.
