Associated Right of Way Services, Inc., Named 2007 Employer of the Year

Associated Right of Way Services, Inc., (Pleasant Hill, CA) was named 2007 Employer of the Year by the International Right of Way Association, IRWA, the world leader in educational programs and resources for the right of way profession. AR/WS was recognized for excellence at June 23 ceremonies during the 2008 IRWA International Education Conference, Austin, Texas, attended by 1300 right of way professionals.

The prestigious award is given each year to private companies and public agencies who actively support their employees as IRWA members, providing the time, resources, and financial support to pursue education, certification and designation programs, and chapter involvement. AR/WS was honored for its contributions to advancing the right of way profession in one of two categories: companies of more than 20 employees.

Associated Right of Way Services, Inc., is a full-service real estate consulting firm specializing in public improvement projects for public agencies, private companies, and non-profit organizations. AR/WS services include real estate appraisal, property acquisition, relocation assistance, and project management. Established in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1989, the company has grown to 30 employees with additional offices in Sacramento and Texas.
