Excuse me but, I'm a shopaholic

That's the $64,000 question, shopping for what? Shopping for an asset will prove to be much more beneficial than shopping for a liability. That is stuff that really only sucks cash out of our pockets. Shopping for an asset will produce wealth and well being.

Let's break these two assets down - shall we?

In regard to well being, why not shop for a good wife, a good husband. They are both hard to find. Very difficult... But if you take your time, and not rush, chances are you'll be successful. Chances are your business will prosper better with a good spouse on board as opposed to a cantankerous partner, that then becomes a liability. A good spouse is your number two asset after God. So shop hard! Enjoy - well being.

Shopping for an asset requires some of the same skills that you use to shop for a liability. So why not shop for the asset first and use it to pay for your liabilities? When I was heavely involved in realestate, I would have to look at maybe a hundred homes to find ONE that fit the criterias that were needed to buy the correct piece of property.

When I'm shopping for a new car I look at several before settling on one automobile. The only difference is that the car depreciates not appreciate like an asset should.

Stop shopping for cars, boats, guns clothing, furniture, and all these such toys until you have your business rolling right. (I'm only talking to those who want financial independence).

Let the realestate, stocks, MLM business build significant reserves, then use a portion of that to buy your new car. You'll still have a thriving business after the car has depreciated.

Shopping is fun. You tell yourself that you are a smart shopper. You are armed with all the information to make an intelligent decision. And after it's over you come out the winner cause you did your research and you got the product or service at the best possible price.

I like practicing this in business. Like shopping for key words with Google ad words. I like looking for the lowest priced keyword that will work for me.

That's an asset!
