California Tea & Coffee Brewery, LLC, Announces Technology To Accelerate Tea Brewing

(Free-Press-Release.com) August 30, 2008 -- California Tea & Coffee Brewery of Temecula, California, has developed a patent pending process for accelerating the brewing time of all loose leaf teas and tisanes. The company's owners/partners are excited about the possibilities created by the ability to brew fresh, loose leaf teas on demand by the cup, with no waste, and fill customers' orders quickly for the 'to-go' and drive-through market.

The process takes one-third or less of the normal time required to brew any type of loose leaf tea or tisane, while bringing out the rich, full flavor and providing a clear, bright infusion.

If licensed, the technology will be easily added to any existing tea or coffee house and is currently being used successfully at the company-owned concept store. Cost to business owners is expected to be substantially less than the new espresso-type tea brewing equipment currently on the market and provide results the company believes are much superior.
