For Mr. Sudds, arriving at the opening statement was simple. As stated in an earlier press release, no employee would make less than $55,000 (USD) annually and under the company's business plan; medical, dental, disability and life insurance costs would be a shared expense with the company picking up a higher percentage of cost. Also the number of proposed employees nationwide has increased from 75 to 120, gainfully employed.

LeafsOfTalent's five-year projected salary would hover somewhere around $44Million (USD) with the highest salary for any officer of the company (the CEO) not exceeding $350,000 (USD). Salaries for all other officers would not exceed $170,000 (USD) and non-officers will not be required to work more than 40 hours a week. All employees would be off on U.S. federal holidays with pay.

Mr. Sudds states that under his leadership a plan would be devised to cap stock options so that no officer within corporate ranks would accumulate wealth from stock that balloons out of control, and non-officers would be given an opportunity to purchase corporate stock at some point of development.

For single parents daycare support would be given strong consideration in that the company may build its own facility near its headquarters or form alliances with daycare centers across the US to offset daycare costs for single working parents.

On the leisure side LeafsOfTalent would systematically choose employees for a 1 week paid family vacation to foreign destinations of their choice.
