(Free-Press-Release.com) September 16, 2008 -- Browndorf PEM, LLC today announced that Aryn Sands has joined as Director of Wealth Advisory / Director of Compliance. Mrs. Sands� background is in comprehensive financial planning and asset management. Ms. Sands transitioned to the independent side of the business, from a major wirehouse, to manage an SEC-registered investment adviser and financial planning firm.

Since then, Ms. Sands has been an OSJ (Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction) and owned her own financial planning/advisory firm.

Ms. Sands is registered with the FINRA as a General Securities Principal (Series 24), Municipal Securities Principal (Series 53), General Securities Representative (Series 7), Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63), and Investment Adviser Agent (Series 65). She is currently registered to sell securities in California, Texas, Nevada, New York, Colorado and Alaska. She is also licensed to sell life, health, disability and long-term care insurance in the states of California and Texas.

Ms. Sands is the past treasurer of the San Gabriel Valley chapter of the Financial Planning Association and is still an active member.

Ms. Sands is a graduate of Pitzer College, one of the Claremont Colleges, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, emphasis in Mathematics.a
