Weisbrod Celebrates 30 Years with Lazar Levine & Felix, LLP

Weisbrod, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York, a resident of Old Bethpage, NY and a Partner of Lazar Levine & Felix LLP celebrated 30 Years with the firm in August. Mr. Weisbrod joined Lazar Levine & Felix as an Audit Manager in February 1978 and was promoted to Partner in 1979.

“I’ve been with LLF for 30 years and in that time we’ve grown from 9 partners and staff to almost 100 total partners and staff! And even through all of that growth, I still feel that everyone here is like family.”

Mr. Weisbrod is a Partner in the firm’s accounting and auditing practice and offers SEC services in addition to his role as the firm’s quality review partner and member of the firm’s executive committee. He has over 20 years experience in handling companies going through the IPO process and in filing required reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Weisbrod received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University in 1972 and has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New York since 1978. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).

Prior to college, he served in the United States Armed Forces from 1967 to 1969 and spent one year in Vietnam where he earned a Purple Heart and the Bronze Star for Valor. In addition, Mr. Weisbrod serves the community as the Vice President of Temple Beth Elohim in Old Bethpage, New York.
