The Ballen Group proudly announces the new Las Vegas Rental Home division. The rental home division has been created due to a market demand for Las Vegas real estate agents who could quickly turn Las Vegas rentals into occupied properties. Upon recent review of the Las Vegas home market, The Ballen Group realizes the demand for Las Vegas Real Estate Agents who specialize in listing rentals on the MLS, and helping renters find Las Vegas rentals is growing, and more services are being requested or required. With the current DPA (down payment assistance) programs nearly eliminated, buyers will be forced into renting in the Las Vegas Valley instead of buying due to the lack of down payment. Many Las Vegas home sellers will be forced to rent as their mortgages exceed the fair market value of their home, which means they can’t sell, or would be forced to negotiate a shortsale with the bank which would negatively affect their credit. Many will chose to list their Las Vegas property for rent.

The Las Vegas Rental Home Division, maintained by The Ballen Group of Coldwell Banker Las Vegas, will place strong emphasis on aggressive marketing on a national basis. In order to service the Las Vegas rental properties, The Ballen Group of Coldwell Banker Wardley Real Estate has added Las Vegas Real Estate agents, Administrative and Marketing staff, and upgraded systems to the group to help maintain and market the properties from FOR RENT to LEASED.

The new Las Vegas Rental Home Division includes properties such as: a Queensridge 3 bedroom for $2,200, and a South Shores (by Desert Shores) beauty for $2000. In addition, Las Vegas renters can do a Las Vegas MLS search for Las Vegas Rental Properties listed by all brokers, not just Coldwell Banker Wardley Real Estate.
