Envi Consulting & Associates raises funds for I Do Foundation with Sheer Elegance Bridal

Did you know that the average wedding in 2007 cost just over $25,000? The expense of weddings and celebrating other life events continues to escalate year after year. With various companies encouraging community involvement and corporate responsibility initiatives, there is one organization that has partnered with national retailers such as Target, Mikasa, Tiffany & Co. and others to increase awareness to charitable initiatives in the multi-billion dollar wedding industry. Based out of Washington, DC, the I Do Foundation was founded on the premise of encouraging couples to incorporate charitable giving into their wedding. Their national partnerships helps them to be successful by agreeing to allocate a percentage of couple’s wedding registry purchases to the I Do Foundation’s initiatives to increase charitable giving in weddings.

The team at Envi Consulting & Associates, a boutique Event Management Firm headquartered in Atlanta, specializing in upscale social and corporate event planning, has partnered with the I Do Foundation to bring awareness to this issue. On Sunday, October 26, 2008 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm at the LOFT at Castleberry Hill located at 170 Northside Drive, Atlanta, Georgia 30313, will present the Sheer Elegance Bridal Extravaganza. This fun and unique bridal show and expo will present to the Atlanta bridal market the best wedding vendors in Atlanta, a live Bridal Fashion Show, and great giveaways and prizes including a chance to win a 4 day / 3 night luxury resort stay fro 2 at the Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort & Spa in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and the opportunity to have your wedding planned from start to finish by Envi Consulting & Associates.

This show will not only serve as a kickoff to the Fall wedding season in Atlanta, but will also double as a fundraiser for the I Do Foundation to increase awareness of opportunities to include charitable giving in your wedding. A portion of all proceeds from this event will go to support the initiatives and operations of the I Do Foundation.
