FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) September 24, 2008 -- Barnes and Noble Bestselling author Donna Kshir strikes #3 on Barnes and Noble Sports and MMA Bestsellers list.

In April, Kshir and Dr. Mark Bailey co-wrote and released "My Life's Fight." Kshir told of Bailey's voilent and triubled childhood that lead into an adulthood plaqued by drinking and crime, ultimatley leading to prison. The life Bailey lead before he found God and turned his life around to become a world champion mixed martial arts fighter.

Currently Kshir and Bailey's book is #3 on the Barnes and Nobles Best sports and mixed martial arts Bestsellers list.

In July, Kshir released her second book titled, "Dear Diary- Oh Mother." The fictional book is based on a elderly woman named Jade and her life experiences.

Jade is an elderly woman with two grown children and several grandchildren. Her husband has passed away, her life has been successful and filled with love, for the most part, a life she has well documented in her private diary. Jade now feels it is time to retire her diary with one final entry... one final entry that she is devoting entirely to the biggest problem in her life, her step-mother Alice.

The final diary entry is a 60-page heart felt short story covers a lifetime of emotional abuse and pain caused by her step-mother. The story reveals how Jade tricks her mother into approving of her marriage as a result of getting pregnant to a much older man, as well as revealing a secret that has haunted Jade for a lifetime. Many awful occurrences reveal a mother cruel enough to be Cinderella's wicked step-mother.

According to Larissa Boyer of the Pennsylvania Cumberland County Sentinel, "Dear Diary is a poignant story with a wonderful voice. It’s a great read, especially for any daughter who has had issues with her mother before, which I can assume is pretty much every female in the world."

Kshir and Bailey's paperback is available online exclusively at Barnesandnoble.com and Amazon.com for around $9.

Recently Kshir was announced as being assoicated with Dreamcatchers.

Dreamcatchers is a Michigan based non-profit organization run by two moms on a mission to spread the word about child abuse awareness in our society.

Sandra and Jenny are both mothers, who have a lot in common. They both have children who’s innocence was stolen by child pedophiles. Deciding to take matters into their own hands, they are committed to promoting child abuse awareness.

Their goal is to educate society on the signs and symptoms of an abused child, intervention, prevention, recovery from child abuse and neglect. Currently Dreamcatchers are planning a fundraiser in April 2009, where Kshir is hoping to make an appearance. Anyone wishing to make a donation, participate or to volunteer their time, please contact us through our site: http://www. dreamcatchers4abusedchildren.com. All proceeds donated towards abused children is fully tax deductible.
