Five Decker Jones attorneys
are named Texas Super Lawyers

Hall named one of Top 100 in D/FW area

Fort Worth -- Five attorneys from Decker, Jones, McMackin, McClane, Hall & Bates, P.C., have been named to the list of “Super Lawyers” of Texas for 2008 by Texas Monthly magazine.
The five and their practice areas:
• Daniel L. Bates, Civil Litigation Defense;

• Randy J. Hall, Personal Injury Defense: Medical Malpractice;
• Charles B. Milliken, Mergers & Acquisitions;
• Gary M. Moates, Real Estate;
• Brian K. Yost, Intellectual Property.

Bates and Hall have been honored annually since 2003. Yost is a five-time honoree, Milliken a four-time selection and Moates has been recognized consecutively.

In addition, Hall was recognized as one of the “top 100 lawyers” in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. According to Texas Super Lawyers, these 100 attorneys "received the highest point totals in the 2008 Texas Super Lawyers nomination, research, and blue-ribbon review process."
