(Free-Press-Release.com) October 3, 2008 --
Atlanta, GA (October 3, 2008)-Music Is My Business CEO, Aaron Arnold, has been chosen by Inc. Magazine (www.inc.com) as "Cool, Determined, Under 30," featuring entrepreneurs under 30 who are poised to be the next generation to impact the world. The issue highlights 17 fearless young-executives and companies ranging from technology to fashion to music. Music Is My Business and Aaron, a former Sean "Diddy" Combs assistant, is the only music-executive/company selected.
"It's a blessing to be affiliated with Inc. and very special being that I am representing the next generation of the music business," Aaron explained. "It makes the grind and sacrifice well worth it...hopefully this is just the beginning."
Prior to working for Sean Combs, Aaron was an Executive at two global public relations agencies-Hill & Knowlton and Edelman. Upon a decision to pursue his passion for music, Aaron left the corporate world for a six-month internship at Bad Boy Records and later became a member of Sean "Diddy" Combs' executive team as an assistant. After a year's time, Aaron moved forward to launch his own music company with the goal to change the way business is done in the music industry.
2008 has already been a groundbreaking year for Music Is My Business:
(1) In June Aaron appeared live on CNN as the network recognized him for being a "Young Person Who Rocks".
(2) Music Is My Business delivered Bryan-Michael Cox as the official spokesperson for the Heineken Red Star Soul Tour (HRSS) for 2008, further branding Heineken's unique national music tour and putting Bryan on his first tour as an artist.
(3) Music Is My Business was a nominee for GQ Magazine's "The Gentleman's Fund" for musical work produced for the United Nations World Food Program.
(4) Currently, he's appearing weekly on VH1's new show "I Want to Work for Diddy." The Vh1 special highlights some of Diddy's past assistants and how they used the experience to transcend their careers.
