Astronomical romance with stellar views over Loch Earn
Do starry nights, a moon lit loch and highland hue’s sound like the perfect backdrop for your honeymoon, anniversary or romantic getaway? Check into Little Briar Cottage in the heart of Scotland.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) October 12, 2008 --
Elevated behind the owners three hundred year old thatched cottage, the south facing, Little Briar boasts the best views of Loch Earn towards Ben Vorlich and Edinample Castle. Enjoy stellar views without city smog. Lochearnhead's residents have never succumbed to street lighting, preferring to bathe in the subtle and unique lighting that only the moon and stars can offer.
Owners Kim and Fraser Proven invite guests to walk freely around their two acre grounds which include; a paddock, flowing burn, ornamental furniture, barbeque, a chiminee as well as a two hundred and fifty foot garden on the shore with picnic tables, a double swing, summerhouse, jetty and slipway. The welcoming hosts will invite you to join them for a drink under the 17th century cruck framed timber ceiling in their lounge and if you are keen, they will hand over the keys to their hot tub.
There are some excellent eateries within a 15 mile radius from phone-in to pub grub to fine dining at Monachyle Mhor. Within a 200 metres stroll from the garden gates are the Clachan offering cosy bar meals and the chef owned Lochearnhead Hotel providing an excellent dinner menu.
Loch Earn is the most central Loch in Scotland; what better location to see the major tourist towns villages and attractions in any direction. Golf, walking and cycling enthusiasts will be in their element with water sports and fishing on the doorstep in season.
Whether you are interested in a romantic interlude, recuperation, the outdoors, nature, history, a touring base within Scotland or the constellations, Little Briar cottage’s unique location, can not fail to deliver.
