Today, Craig Garcia, President and CEO of EDC Diamond along with Giovanna Garcia, President and CEO of Imperfect Action, taught an advanced Facebook Training Class to a record crowd attending this Saturday morning class. The class was full of content rich strategies on how to really capitalize on Facebook. We keep teaching etiquette and proper ways to make friends and we also teach what not to do on Facebook as people find many tactics out there offensive.
We reviewed last week’s class as we taught people how to upload videos and add music on their Facebook page. We taught members to join groups that have meaning to them and to join large groups with at least 500 members. You may join smaller groups if it is very targeted as you should be friends with everyone in that particular group. Today, we taught how to get a lot of friends and taught how to become friends with the top people within that group. One trick taught was to get an 80 to 85% conversion ration when adding friends and how to add friends that are actual friends, not just gaining numbers. Many more strategies were taught and the attendees were giving a standing ovation at the end of the class.
Facebook Training Class #2 was a great class because we taught people how to join groups and we taught members proper etiquette for making friends using Facebook. The first thing we did was to recap on Facebook training class #1 and went right into making sure everyone on the class was friends with everyone else. We then talked about joining groups, but how to strategically join groups. We also talked about what NOT to do. We want everyone to join groups that are interesting to them. We talked about niche target marketing using Facebook and how if they truly want to build relationships with people in these groups, then they better have something intelligent to say. That's why it is so important to genuinely join groups that you are interested in. Everyone is an expert at something. Everyone has a special talent or interest that would classify them as an expert and I really wanted people to be true to themselves and not be fake or wear a mask. Meaning, don't join a group of people making money just because you want to make money. Join a group of people who you have common interest with and the money will come later after the connection and relationships are made.
We also talked about if you use this strategy properly, that your friends will come to you ask you how you are doing instead of how most Facebook marketers want to build their opt in list. So many times we a person who thinks they are doing the right thing by having hidden agendas. Hidden agenda's are some of the easiest ways to spot fake people out there. For example, someone is trying to be your friend and in their initial comment to you, there is a link to their capture page. I just delete crap like that.
I sure hope you didn't miss this class, it was some of the best training on the internet. Actual step by step training with examples of what to do and what not to do. We don't teach theory here.....Just Skills that will help any person market their products or services.
Class #3 and it was a great class because we taught people how to add Music and Videos to their Facebook Account. We taught members proper etiquette for making friends using Facebook. This was a major part of what to do and what "NOT" to do. I believe that if you only teach one strategy, they can start thinking of other ways to do things, so Craig garcia likes to teach what to do and also what not to do. This usually comes from a student or personal experience trying something and having not work or even worse, backfiring and blowing up in our face. With so much experience, I find it just as important to teach the proper method and things to look out for.
For example, we had someone come up with an idea to sell friends on Facebook, a BIG No, No!!!! It's improper etiquette and wrong. We clearly showed how some people can get out of hand and try to profit from trying to monetize their Facebook friends when they don't even know what they don't know....This person wasn't even on our training classes or they would know not to do this....
