While the exterior of the G37 Sedan is essentially unchanged from the 2008 G35 Sedan, appearances are deceiving. Reflecting the new "37" moniker, the 4-door G now boasts the same displacement that its 2 door brother, the G37 Coupe, got a year ago. Roaring away from a dead stop, the new G37 Sedan is anticipated to blow through 60 mph in under 5 seconds. And Infiniti's performance 5-passenger sedan will get there even smoother now, slipping seamlessly through a new 7-speed transmission. Of course for the more active enthusiast, Infiniti's tried and true close ratio 6-speed manual shifter is available, too.

Other changes include new optional sport brakes which, up front, feature 14 inch vented rotors and 4 piston calipers and, in the back, 13.8 inch vented discs and 2 piston calipers. There is also a new 18-inch sport wheel.

Among lots of other luxury amenities, the standard G features XM-Radio and Infiniti's exclusive Scratch Shield - an industry first, self-healing paint.
