New Kettlenetics DVD from elements Board Member Michelle Khai Generates Huge Media Response

Recently featured in SELF Magazine, The Washington Post, and the Associated Press, Michelle has also been tapped for her talents by Reebok for their new PR campaign. Kettlenetics is set to appear on QVC in January 2009.

Kettlenetics promotes an innovative kettlebell dance program that fuses the cardiovascular and fat-burning benefits of kettlebell training with Michelle’s extensive experience in dance-oriented strength training. Kettlebell training is one of the most popular workout trends to sweep the fitness industry and is featured in several leading health club brands such as elements for women, SportsClub LA, and Equinox.

A professional dancer trained at the world-renowned Alvin Ailey American Dance Center in NYC, Michelle specializes in performance enhancement and injury prevention for dancers. Michelle has coached ballet principals from the New York City Ballet and the Miami City Ballet, and acts as the Miami City Ballet’s strength and conditioning coach.
