Dr. Nara Venditti to Participate in SHRM’s Historic Diversity Practice Analysis Focus Group

SHRM seeks to provide the necessary tools, resources, strategies, thought leadership and professional development to those who practice in this area and contracted with Prometric to perform a Practice Analysis for the Diversity Management and Inclusion Professional. The purpose of the Practice Analysis is to collect data that reliably and accurately describes what knowledge, skills, functional areas, responsibilities, and competencies are necessary in order to successfully practice in this field. As part of the Practice Analysis, Prometric will be developing suggestions about how SHRM can support the development of these tools, resources, and professional development opportunities.
