China Shipping Container Lines Co., Ltd. (CSCL) acquires China Shipping Terminal Development Co., Ltd with a cost of CNY 2.6 billion;
Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd acquires CIFA with a cost of CNY1.06 billion.
Gezhouba Corporation purchases share of Hu Han Rong Railway Hubei Co., Ltd. With a cost of CNY1.6 billion;

SINOCHEM International Corporation acquires Singapore GMG Global Ltd with a cost of CNY1.34 billion;
