ITIL® Service Lifecycle: Service Transition

Participants will focus on Service Transition purpose, principles, processes, activities, functions, technology, and implementation considerations. Using an interactive case study-based approach, candidates will learn the core disciplines of ITIL and prepare to successfully complete the coupled exam. The exam will be offered on the last day of the course.
