Celtic Bank Hires Jim Harris as Regional Vice President/Business Development Officer

A graduate of California State University, Sacramento, Mr. Harris’ background in financial services management began as a stockbroker in the mid 1980s, moved to retail bank management in 1989, and since 1997 has focused on providing financing to small businesses. Mr. Howell mentions, “Jim brings a wealth of experience to Celtic Bank, and we feel confident in the job he’ll do.”

Harris’ primary function is to develop SBA and USDA lending in Central and Northern California, though Jim has the authority to pursue commercial real estate opportunities nationally.
