The album is unique in that it combines the superb musical ability of Charles Malave along with creative writing talents of Michael Dobbins.

The first track, “Crush”, instantly sucks the listener in with its light hearted versus and irresistible chorus: “Crush your hand in my hand, I’ll crush my hand in your hand…and together we will have crushed hands”. “Fall Down the Stairs” provides a burst of energy that makes every listener want to sing along: “I fall in love, like I fall down the stairs”. Additional highlights include “Naked”,“Soul Mates” and “Hunch”.

Lyricist Dobbins states “I put my full trust in Charlie not knowing what to expect. When I first heard the songs, it was like an emotional volcano. What he’s done is incredible. Charlie proved what an outstanding musician he is.”

Charlie stated “Michael would e-mail me 5-6 lyrics and over the next couple of days and weeks I’d put melodies to them. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t an easy process, but in the end, it was gratifying and I’m happy with what we created”
