Post- Construction Loans: seeking post construction loans for income producing properties. In a lending climate where banks are refusing to provide funding post construction during the leasing phase of a new building, Segway now has a program that provides a two year loan to allow the necessary time to get the building leased. Loan sizes range from $5 Million to $35 Million with loan-to-value ratios from 50-75%. (Properties in Default OK)

Permanent Loans: seeking 5 – 7 year loans on income producing properties. Interest rates can be variable or fixed. Rates as low as 7.5% and loan-to-value ratios from 50-75%. This is a great alternative to a completely conventional loan.
