ORLANDO, Fla. --- Beazer Homes has started site development for a second phase at The Enclave at Moss Park, located off Moss Park Rd. in the Lake Nona area of southeast Orlando.

David Byrnes, president of Beazer Homes in the Orlando region, said 40 three and four-bedroom single-family homes are planned, along with 32 two, three and four bedroom town homes.

Byrnes said site work is now under way and construction of new single-family model homes and model town homes will start in January.

Only two single-family homes and six town homes remain for sale in the first phase at The Enclave at Moss Park.

New homes at The Enclave at Moss Park are priced from the low $160s.
