Women's Self-Defense Institute teams with Woodbrook Elementary School to Empower Women thru Safety

(Free-Press-Release.com) November 20, 2008 -- Women's Self-Defense Institute, (www.self-defense-mind-body-spirit.com) a national leader in educating and training women about their self-defense and personal security options, has joined forces with Woodbrook Elementary School in Edison, NJ to provide a 6-week seminar on Women's Safety & Self-Defense Options.

The class is scheduled for Thursday evening’s beginning on January 8th, 2009, from 6-8pm at Woodbrook Elementary School on Robin Road in Edison, NJ. The class will run 6 consecutive Thursday evenings ending February 12, 2009. The class fee is $85 with $25 proceeds benefiting the Woodbrook PTA. Childcare will be made available if needed.
