FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) November 21, 2008 --
Police Brutality cases happen more often then people realize, and more often then they should. Many of these cases go unreported because of the controversy behind them. According to the fourth amendment, any citizen is free of unreasonable search and seizures. Many police officers that are found guilty of Police Brutality or Misconduct usually do not lose their job, most are demoted. They are no longer allowed to work in the field but they work clerical jobs instead. Police Brutality cases are difficult because there is a thin line of whether or not force is justified or unjustified. Because these cases are so controversial it is important to have the right attorney on your side. For more information Police Brutality and where you can get help please visit
