Community Health Fair to Focus on Family Health & Wellness

A variety of health and safety information for families will be available at a Family Health Fair sponsored by Ministerios Nueva Vision, Inc. The health fair will be held Saturday December 6, 2008 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at 921 East 47 Street, Hialeah, Florida.

Local healthcare practitioners including Borinquen Clinic & CAC Florida will be available to answer questions and distribute information about many child and family health and safety topics, including healthy eating, injury prevention, and immunizations. We will have screenings for Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure, HIV/AIDS & many more.

There will be Food, Games, and giveaways for the whole family.
