Innovative Developers Inc. to build Burleson
medical facilities for Texas Health Resources

Fort Worth, Texas (Nov. 24, 2008) – Innovative Developers Inc. has signed a contract with Texas Health Resources to build a single-story multi-building medical complex at Wilshire Blvd (Hwy 174) and Lakewood Drive in Burleson, Texas.

The initial phase of construction will include three buildings of 29,005 square feet, 8,060 square feet, and 3,500 square feet. The complex will include 256 parking spaces.
Groundbreaking is scheduled during the first week of December; the expected completion is spring 2010. The $8-million-plus project will feature brick and stone veneer, metal-roof accents and two covered porte-cochere entry features.
Plans call for the facilities to include an imaging center with MRI, ultrasound, CT scan, x-ray, a fitness center with a two-lane lap pool, a cardiac rehab center and physical therapy area. Space for supporting doctors and a pharmacy are also planned.

There are two other pad sites that are planned for additional medical office facilities and are to be completed as separate projects.
