(Free-Press-Release.com) November 26, 2008 -- Beginning at 10am on November 28,2008, commonly called Black Friday, Calabar Imports, a specialty store for African, Asian and South American furnishings, jewelry, fashion, aromatherapy, and gifts, welcomes its annual holiday season with a month-long series of sales on that target the consumer for affordable and unique products.

"This series of sale days makes an effort to combat recession and the economic meltdown for our business and focuses on much needed sale options for our consumers", says Atim Annette Oton, co-owner of Calabar Imports. "We look forward to dropping proces as much as 35% to 50% in certain areas of our business model", she continues.

The first set of Sales begin from Nov 28 - Nov 30, 2008 and focus on: Home Decor and Candles. From December 1st - 7th, the entire collection of clothing and hats are on sale and December 8th - 14th, and we showcase a jewelry sale of our entire collection and also a masks sale from December 15th - 21st. Finally, We end our season with a Last Minute sale on December 22nd - 23rd.

Additionally, the store begins its extended holiday hours from December 1st - 24th with 13 hour days: 10am - 11pm each day. The long hours and sales scheduled are to entice buyers and shoppers seeking affordable items as well as unique products, a signature of the store.
