Corporate Overview

MDOR currently has a 5 year $91,200,000 USD contract for the production of rubber buffings and a 5 year $40,000,000 USD contract for the production of rubber nuggets. Magnum is currently using its advanced technologies along with continued research & development to produce the next generation of retread compounds and reactivated ambient /cryogenic rubber powders for the world market. Magnum holds the global rights and patents to an array of processing aids, compounds, processes, and high tech rubber recycling equipment through its partner, Sekhar Research Innovations. Also, the Company now holds the patented processes in which waste rubber (tires and like materials) is reduced, without excessive costs, to a powdery substance in industrial quantities between 0 and 100 microns. This substance has been proven capable of bonding with thermoplastic materials to produce an elastomer with broad commercial applications. This process not only provides a new and expansive methodology for the recycling of rubber, but allows the further production of TPEs (thermoplastic elastomers) at 40% below present production cost.

Leading international manufacturers will provide equipment and machinery for use in the processes at our current and future plants. The Company will also reserve all rights to purchase rubber powder produced from each plant built. We will continue to develop, modify and redesign recycling equipment in order to best suit the needs of our clients.

Technology

SRI was founded by the doyen of modern Rubber Technology, the late Tan Sri Dr. B.C. Sekhar to develop and commercialize his own proprietary innovations and technologies. Today SRI in addition boasts new cutting edge solutions in elastomeric processing technologies and proprietary next generation equipment and processes for the rubber recycling industry developed by his son Gopinath B. The new 98,500 sq ft Magog, Canadian facility will have production lines for both rubber nuggets and buffings to fulfill $131 Million USD in new and existing orders. These new additions will dramatically boost the return on investment for the products we produce. Being further up the value and performance chain also means it will lead to substantial increases in consumption and consequent revenue.
