Intelligenz Solutions develops a range of software solutions for deployment in Wellness-Fitness-Leisure and Resort activities markets. As part of its growth into the worldwide Hotel market, integration with leading Property Management solutions with an industry recognized interface was mandatory.

By building an interface using HTNG (Hotel Technology Next Generation) protocols it is now poised to provide a solution to the vibrant Hotel sector in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. “Today these geographies encompass the world’s super growth markets, and we are the first company to obtain certification who has their foundation in Asia Pacific” said Company founder Anne C. Intelligenz Solutions customer, Hayman, Australia’s celebrated private island in the Great Barrier Reef, has deployed the HTNG solution, in conjunction with Micros Fidelio’ Opera solution, and is impressed with its ability to share guest data between the different systems.
"Guests on Hayman now receive a single itinerary showing every booking they have confirmed, whether it be dining in the restaurants, reef adventures and array of resort activities," said Kevin Noble IT manager at Hayman.

“We were able to choose the Property Management system and the activities software of our choice, knowing that there was a universal connector through HTNG. We can show our guests their complete itinerary for their stay on Hayman, knowing the costs will be accurately billed back to their room regardless of whether the provider is the resort or one of our 3rd party providers”.
