(Free-Press-Release.com) December 1, 2008 -- YourNight.com, a start-up, pre-launch social networking and commerce portal owned by Extreme Enterprises, Inc. (EEI –eeihq.com), today announced a corporate valuation of $30,000,000 based on a stock purchase in the amount of $180,000 for 0.6% ownership made by PlanLogix, LLC, a software development company that has been contracted by EEI for the purpose of building the YourNight.com portal. EEI has reported raising over $2.5 million in private equity investments for YourNight.com, both cash and in-kind, since its conception in 2004. Another recent investor is Verne Packer, the former Senior Vice President of Miller Freeman, a 1990's billion dollar trade show and publication company.

George Wendt, who deftly portrayed Norm in the much loved sitcom “Cheers” and who

is enjoying a long run in the Broadway smash hit “Hairspray,” has been selected by EEI to become a celebrity endorser for its film and television sector of the YourNight portal. As a family member to the Founder of EEI, George Wendt has agreed to the endorsement with the terms still in negotiation.

Leading EEI is Founder/CPO RJ Garbowicz, former Executive VP and Co-Founder of AccessWeb.com, an internet media and domain reseller company. Holding the President/ CLO position is attorney Kenneth Keefe, a former U.S. Diplomat, as well as the former President of Eupen Cable USA, Inc, a $200 million plus European based Cable Company. Carl Jones, the Company’s CIO, possesses his MBA as well as broad and deep experience in IT project management, having served, among other

roles, as the project manager for SoftwareComputer.com. EEI’s Board of Directors consists of RJ Garbowicz as Chairman, Ken Keefe, Verne Packer, former Senior VP of Miller Freeman, a multi-billion dollar media and tradeshow Company and Dr. Ken Van Voorhis. Dr. Van Voorhis is the retired Founder/Director of USF’s Small Business Development Center and Small Business Institute and also former Chairman of the Management Department of the College of Business and is currently Professor Emeritus at USF.

EEI recently announced its nationwide search for a CTO. Starting from the top, EEI has contacted Aber Whitcomb, current MySpace CTO, and is negotiating several possibilities for corporate involvement.
