Local Author to Release a New Book to Inspire Women In Omaha and the World

Catrice a Life Strategist and Speaker is a sought after coach and speaker who challenges people, women in particular,to wake up and create the life they desire.

Catrice will release her book in 2009 and will use it as the foundation for upcoming workshops and events targeted at women. Catrice delivers engaging messages that are real, bold, compassionate and honest, and creates an environment where people are comfortable sharing and engaging. Catrice’s messages and workshops are informative, fresh, innovative and dynamic. She believes in giving participants more than what they ask for and leaving them emotionally moved, provoked to think critically and ultimately participants will experience an “A ha” moment leading to change.

Catrice will kick off the new year with several innovative programs for women. On 1/9/09 Catrice will facilitate a workshop called Women Leading Women Effectively. This workshop will expose the realities of the myth that all women support other women in the workplace. Women leaders will learn how to effectively lead other women, diffuse issues of internalized sexism, inspire women to speak their truth and create environments where women embrace their personal power.

On 1/16/09 Catrice will facilitate a workshop for women called Awakening Your Inner Eye: Reflecting on 2008, Creating a Vibrant 2009. This workshop will help women identify what kept them mmobilized in 2008 and provide practical steps to help women move beyond fear, doubt and indecisiveness for a more fulfilling, productive 2009.

Catrice is also planning several other events throughout 2009 with a mission of uniting women, creating a synergistic link amoung women and helping women live on purpose and love what they do in life and career. Catrice has aligned with local and national women in business to begin creating opportunities for women of like minds to connect, collaborate and create their desired destiny.

Catrice is inspiring women through a variety of vehicles.
