With a customer base of close to 116 million subscribers, spanning 5 continents, the telecom provider is considered to be one of the world's leading providers in the mobile and broadband internet space.

The scope of the deal includes managing key IT systems for Customer Management, Business Intelligence & Revenue protection, Integration comprising of Technical systems. Interestingly, most of these systems are based on new age technology as against

legacy architecture. The entire engagement will be managed under the Onsite/Offshore global delivery model, in order to cater to the client’s varied requirements.
