MY CELEBRITEES MERGES PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES AND PASSION TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

(Free-Press-Release.com) December 27, 2008 -- SAN DIEGO (December 27, 2008)--My Celebritees Inc., a San Diego-based apparel company that pairs professional athletes with the passions that inspire them to raise funds for charity through the sales individualized "My Celebritees" T-shirts has thrown its coming out party.

My Celebritees brought it's partners, athletes, employees and beneficiaries together to celebrate its official kickoff on September 18. The event featured guest appearances from several professional athletes, each of whom have signed on to work with My Celebritees to raise funds for the charity of their choice through the sales of their "My Celebritee".

My Celebritees approaches athletes and asks them to capture, in one word, the driving force that defines them. Building on that one word, the company designs a shirt that both speaks to the passion of the athlete and appeals to his or her fans. A portion of each shirt sale then goes to the foundation of the athlete's choice.

The event, which was held at Sheraton Harbor Island, was an invite-only affair, and featured guest speeches by Channel 6 sports director CS Keys, a presentation on the organization, its mission, the athletes that have signed on to give back, and their respective charities of choice. Media was invited to attend and had full access to all attendees.
