(Free-Press-Release.com) December 28, 2008 --
In co-operation with the University of Business and Finance (UBFS) Switzerland, King’s Kurry has assembled a world-class English-speaking faculty which will cover every aspect of Indian cuisine and restaurant business, management and entrepreneurship – including standardisation of procedures, day to day restaurant accounting, strategy, organisational and marketing skills for successful business.
King’s Kurry, founded in 2002, is reputed to be the best Indian cuisine company in continental Europe, with five outlets in Zurich, and its convenience foods and drinks are sold through some 500 Migros and Edeka outlets in Switzerland and Germany.
Mr Ranjeet Guptara, Chairman of King’s Kurry said: “What led to the idea for this diploma is that a student intern four years ago (from another institution!) is now managing one of our restaurants. As King's Kurry expands, we are ourselves looking for qualified and able managers and entrepreneurs - and, in fact, there is a worldwide shortage of such people because of the explosion in the popularity of Indian cuisine”.
