May Kesler, licensed physical therapist, massage therapist, dancer and choreographer,
studied with Floor-Barre dance teacher and founder Zena Rommett , in the mid 1970’s. May traveled to NYC this summer to take the Floor-Barre teacher certification course offered by Zena Rommett, who is now 90 years old.
Because of May’s expertise and over 27 years of experience in physical therapy, massage therapy, dance, and now Floor-Barre certification, she is uniquely qualified to take Floor-Barre to the next level. It will be recognized as a simple and effective exercise method that is available to many abilities. It is appropriate for recovery from many types of injuries and conditions, yet is superior in improving alignment, balance, strength, and agility for those whose physical skills range from sedentary through professional levels.
