Calls always need to be made to past, current, and future clients. Your goal will be to help set up appointments while making contacting our company a pleasurable experience. Responsibilities- Great people and answer phones in a manner that makes people happy to have contacted us. Organize a call back file. Assist with setting up appointments. Other general support tasks as needed.

Experience- Must be comfortable making many daily calls, and be very organized to manage leads and information.
