New South Sudan invites "Expression of Interest (EOI)"

a. The Government of South Sudan, Central Equitorial Estate through Abu Malek Companies & Agencies Ltd (AMCA Ltd), intends to develop a masterplanned community in Juba City and Kajo Keji.

b. Covered by 16 square kilometers of allocated land for each location, it envisage to provide mass housing projects for class A, B, C and D of the qualified population with complete community facilities such as water, power, telecoms, roads and drainages.

c. It also include the development of commercial, industrial and agricultural areas within the community promoting a sustainable economic activities.

d. Preselling of units allowed and secured by Nile Commercial Bank through escrow accounts agreement and housing loan bank facilities.

e. The project is fully secured financially by the Government of South Sudan.


THE INVITATION:

AMCA invites EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) from Project Finace Companies, Real Estate Developers and Financial Investors of local and international refute to Plan, Design, Operate, Maintain and Manage the above describe project. The EOI shall include:

1. Company / Organization profile giving details of current activities, background of promoters, management of structures, etc.

2. Details of similar and other projects of similar magnitude successfully implemented in the last 5 years including period of implementation, cost and project features.

3. Capacity Statement in respect of this project. Please attach supporting documents where necessary.

4. Certificate of Incorporation (private institution) or applicable Act of Parliament (public institution).

5. Audited Financial Statements for the last three years.


EOI Submission:
