GOLD'S GYM NORTH RE-GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION



Tucson--Gold's Gym North at 7315 N. Oracle Road (at Oracle and Ina Roads) is pleased to announce their re-grand opening celebration on Saturday, January 17 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This facility has undergone a massive remodeling and added 4000 more feet of floor space as well as an indoor/outdoor child care playground area. According to Kelly Palmiero, co-owner and Director of Operations for Gold's Gym, this club is the only fitness facility in the country with two cardio cinemas--a movie theater with cardio equipment. This fabulous new feature is in addition to their already full complement of facilities which include pool, sauna and steam room and upgraded equipment. There is always a full schedule of classes including yoga, pilates, spin, and Les Mills BODYPUMPTM and BODYJAMTM as well.


Says Kelly, "we wanted to have the premier fitness facility in Southwest, and I really think that we've accomplished that. I'm excited about all the great changes we've made and all the space added to give the members the best fitness experience possible."


Use of the gym and all facilities will be free to the public, with free childcare and a jumping castle for the kids.

Additionally, two free group BODYPUMPTM classes of 100 participants each will be offered during the re-grand opening, one at 10 a.m. and the other at 11 a.m., as well as a Kettlebell class with SWAT Fitness and Personal Training, who now provide all personal training services at Gold's Gym.


The re-grand opening will be held in conjunction with a food drive for the Tucson Community Food Bank. Gold's Gym will donate two cans of food for every person who tours the facility that day, and food donations by the public will also be accepted by the Food Bank. Gold's Gym will try to raise 2500 cans of food for the Food Bank during the re-grand opening.


The Tucson Chapter of the American Red Cross, the American Diabetes Association, and local businesses will be present as well to provide information regarding their services and products.

Raffles and prize giveaways will take place all day during this event, including free gym memberships, personal training sessions with SWAT Fitness and Personal Training, and a trip to San Diego.
