Innovations International is hosting the first ever Virtual Diversity Conference where you can attend from your desktop. Thought leaders in some of diversity’s critical topics will take you through interactive sessions that will have application to you personally as well as more broadly for your organization. The sessions have been designed to appeal to both the individual pursuing personal/professional development, as well as for the diversity leader looking for tools to apply to their diversity initiative. Each session will be an interactive webinar where all attendees will have the opportunity to participate and have interactive dialogue with the presenter.

In today’s environment of cost cutting and travel moratoriums, the need for continuous learning has not disappeared but become even more crucial. As a result, Innovations offering a learning opportunity at no cost and that can take place from the convenience of the desktop. In addition, using today web-based tools, we will be able to replicate not only the interactive experience of sessions, but also the networking that goes on between all of you as participants. And because we are using the web, we are excited to have participation on a global level from participants worldwide.

We also recognize that a large part of the benefit of conferences is meeting new people in your industry or with similar interests.
