New Moon Manifesting helps people stay on track and achieve their goals.

The program helps people achieve their goals by focusing on four week increments. At each new lunar cycle, Jana Groscost Matthews holds a free tele-conference and radio show to provide information, insight and a group guided imagery meditation.

According to Jana, “For years I’ve seen that New Year’s Resolutions typically last for two to three weeks. I wanted to do something different to help my friends and clients stay on track with their goals. We’ve had tremendous success with our live manifesting group, and I wanted to bring that same opportunity to people outside our area, so I created an online version called New Moon Manifesting. Evidence shows that setting your goals and intentions around a new lunar cycle enhances your ability to achieve them.”

With each lunar cycle, participants set their goals for the month. Then around the new moon, Jana hosts a free tele-conference and radio show to help support the process. Once the cycle is over, the previous goals are reviewed – crossing off what has been accomplished and setting intentions and goals for the next new moon. By reviewing goals periodically and crossing off those accomplished, people are more motivated to continue with the process and thus more likely to achieve their goals.
